Are You Looking to treat the root cause of a health condition?

First Thoughts when we indulge in our food cravings.

Kya farak padta hai –”Why Bother? “Does it really matter?”

Let’s Just Enjoy Life!

After all, We’ve Got Only One, Right?”

Ever wondered, “What’s the harm? Why does it matter?”

We often approach life with the attitude of embracing every indulgence and savoring each moment. After all, we have just one life to live, right?

Why not relish every food that crosses our path?

Chips, biscuits, Namkeen, ice cream, pastries, muesli, bars, cereals, frozen foods, Rusk, Cookies – the list goes on. The temptation to indulge in outside foods is undeniable.

But let’s take a moment to reflect.

Have you considered the potential consequences of these seemingly harmless treats? The ones we casually snack on between meals or devour during vacations? The truth is, that those small choices accumulate over time, resulting in larger issues down the road.

As a dietitian in India, I’ve witnessed this pattern countless times. We often justify our indulgences with excuses – vacations, celebrations, stress or simply giving in to cravings.

We assure ourselves that once the holiday is over, we’ll compensate with strict diets and rigorous workouts.

But Does it really matter?

In reality, it does matter – More than we Think.

That’s why I’m here – to guide you, to ensure you understand the significance of each choice you make, no matter how small it may seem at the time.

We all have those moments – enjoying a biscuit here, some chips there, or giving in to late-night cravings occasionally. While they may seem harmless, when they accumulate for a long period of time, can start showing up as certain signs. These signs and symptoms help us realize the depth of the situation.

Let’s delve into a few of these indicators:

  1. White Spots on Nails: Those packaged and processed foods, accompanied by fried and sugary delights, can lead to Zinc deficiency. This deficiency often shows up as white spots on your nails.
  2. Oily Skin Woes: The sugary treats we enjoy can leave a mark on our skin. Oily skin can be an unexpected outcome of excessive sugary foods.
  3. Cramps and Restlessness: Magnesium deficiency, a result of poor eating habits, can cause leg/Calf cramps, sleep disturbances, and restlessness.
  4. Nocturnal Coughing: An increased tendency for dry coughing at night, though more manageable during the day, can be a sign of Calcium deficiency.

In such cases, You might be tempted to opt for a quick fix – Supplements.

Calcium, magnesium, and vitamins – they’re all available in pill form.

But let me emphasize, that these shortcuts only offer short-lived solutions.

They fail to address the Root cause of the issues.

I remember one case, I had a similar client who complained of persistent dryness at the corners of her lips and also had cracked heels. The underlying cause? A deficiency in vitamins B3 and B2, which are key components of the B-vitamin complex. It was clear that addressing this issue required more than a simple vitamin supplement.

When the levels of essential Vitamin B are depleted at its core, the result can be dry and cracked skin. This happens because the beneficial bacteria in your gut, which are responsible for absorbing these vitamins, struggle to do so when they’re lacking. These microbes play a pivotal role in preventing skin dryness and cracks.

Symptoms like Dry skin, Constipation, Migraines/ headaches, and Irregular periods are early warning signs that something is off inside your body and needs attention and care. However, this awareness often stays hidden until these little concerns combine and become more noticeable.

Sadly, it’s easy to overlook these small signs, thinking they’re no big deal.

But over time, these subtle hints can transform into something more serious.

After ignoring them for a year or two, they can become major problems that affect your daily life. That’s when you might realize it’s time for a Health checkup or Tests to truly understand what’s happening inside. Seeking guidance from an online nutritionist could also prove beneficial in addressing and preventing health issues stemming from poor lifestyle and dietary habits.

And suddenly, you might uncover that you’re dealing with things like prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, or even digestive issues caused by excessive use of antacids.

It’s like a wake-up call from your body, urging you to pay attention to its needs. This journey from tiny signals to big problems is a reminder that our bodies talk to us. Our body gives us hints.

The question arises:

Why do we overlook the Root Causes of any health condition?

Why do we not prioritize our well-being until it’s too late?

I’ve pondered this question for years, engaging my clients and readers in conversation. The pattern often repeats –We all start with great enthusiasm, but somehow, that motivation fades away. Life gets in the way – vacations, special occasions, illnesses, stress, disrupting our healthy routines.

In the end, we conclude,  kya farak padta hai –”Does it really matter?”

But here’s the crux – Self-discipline is a journey you undertake for yourself in your life. It’s not something that can be taught. It comes from regular Practice, which is fostered by Conscious Awareness.

Understanding why something matters to you. It’s not just about following rules; it’s about connecting with the logic and reasoning behind it. Understanding why it holds importance in your life.

Physical symptoms are your body’s way of communicating.

Dry skin, white spots, or constipation – they’re signals urging you to care for your body. Left unattended, they intensify into chronic issues that demand more attention. That’s where root cause analysis comes in, and it begins with Conscious awareness and a commitment to self-discipline.

With that in mind, I invite you to join our upcoming Wellness program – Batch 16 starting on September 30th.

The excessive influx of information from social media can sometimes overwhelm us, piling up unnecessary loads in our brains, a practical guidance tailored to your needs is crucial. That’s where I step in – to provide a customized approach that aligns with your body’s requirements.
