- Thank you loveleen mam and specially Nisha Thukral(my personal instructor) who genuinely guided in every weekly call and answered all my questions. I was following diet insight you tube channel and Instagram channel since 2-3 years and was following the details shared in the videos in my lifestyle, however i was not sure what actually suits my body which sometimes disturbed my body. So recently i took a 3 month plan for weight management, i am pleased to share that during this short journey I learned the concept of mindful eating, time management, what actually suits my body type etc . During this short period i have noticed skin texture improvement and more glowing skin. However, i have not completely achieved what i wanted to and that’s not possible in such a short span. I have been following dietician Lavleen mam's facebook page for many years. I really appreciate that how she spreads positive vibes with beautiful smile on her face. After my delivery I decided to join and be the part of the diet insights wellness program. After joining it I have learnt that diet doesn't mean you have to starve for food. Even In my postpartum period I have lost many kilos of weight along with inches. I especially want to thank my diet counselor Ramandeep mam. Many times I disturbed her about my problems. She always listens to me calmly and politely gave me the solutions to tackle the situation. She helps me not only physically but also mentally like how to tackle my overthinking and stress issues. Healthy eating habits and disciplined lifestyle help me in my migraine, BP and gut issues. She also inculcated the habit of reading books. I also want to thank the yoga instructor Mr. Rohan who also helped indirectly in this journey. Though I never get the chance to talk to him and discuss any issues with him, as my kid is small and was never able to join his live classes but I am learning yoga and breathing exercises after watching his recorded videos. In the end I just want to say thank you 🙏 to the whole team. I know thanks is just a small word. As my program is going to end soon, I don't know if it's feeling like someone very close to me is going too far from me 😞. First of all, thank you for showing me the right way to eat right. I have had weight issues from last many years and have been dealing with pcod . I have tried gyms,diets and what not but either they left me drained out or more starving.fortunately, I got to know about you and after my first consultation, I was sure, I wanted to follow your guidance. It’s been two months now and I would very proudly like to share that I have reduced 2 KGS of weight, body fat has reduced by 12,and waist has come down by 3 CMS. Before,any of the reader thinks that this isn’t a great loss!!!I would like to add that it is a great loss with the kind of life style I have where I can not manage to do exercise etc plus with pcod its going good. Above all, I do not have cravings, I have learned about eating right, I am eating home made food which leaves me satisfied .Thank you!!!
