Green Juice

This is a light, frothy green juice with a lot of flavour. I only added one cup of chopped spinach to the recipe but if you want to bulk up on minerals, feel free to add more.

High in vitamins and low in calories, spinach is one of the most nutrient-dense foods. When combined with sweet pineapple, this juice becomes the perfect mid afternoon pick-me-up or a great way to start the morning.

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple: 1/4th
  • Spinach: 1 large bunch
  • Ginger: 1 small piece
  • Basil leaves: 4-5

Method: (Servings – 1)

Cut all produce to fit through juicer, juice and enjoy!

Can be blended as well. Add some water in that case.
No doubt raw fruits and vegetables are a better choice than juices but this is perfect for those who rarely include any fruits and vegetables in their daily diet because of high taste buds.
