Dietitian Lavleen online diets

I am very excited to share that now I would be providing online diet consultations through my very own eClinic.

Patients would be able to create account, complete health assessment and enroll in any of my nutrition services. I would then monitor their online log and send them diet charts online!

    • While it may be possible, but it is not something we can help you with as we try to stay away from quick weight loss. Quick weight loss can be dangerous in the long run. Gradual and natural weight loss is the best weight loss method when achieved from healthy eating and regular exercise. We believe in creating healthy lifestyles rather than promoting quick weight loss diets, pills and use of supplements. So in short, to answer your query, losing 12kg in 2 months is not a realistic goal. You should aim for that weight loss in 3-4 months.

    what’s your take on protein shakes specially for vegetarians? Do you consider it necessary for losing weight in a healthy manner ? I want fat loss but not at the cost of saggy skin and strecth marks.Can u help me with this?

    • To increase weight in right proportion, you need protein rich diet which helps in muscle tissue built up not fat. It includes diet rich in nuts like almonds, walnuts, legumes, dairy products like milk, curd and paneer, seeds etc.

      Please get your blood test done with food allergy test to know whether any deficiency in body effects your weight.

    Hi I had thyroid taking 75mg atm, high blood pressure 4mg atacane and sugar on margin. Already menopaused. Im vegetarian but eat eggs. I do take care of myseld as you mentioned, go for walk and yoga too…. but usually drink soya milk and use sometime veg oil. Need your full advise to sort out all this.
