Once you register with us and we have enough information to begin with, together we define and set your weight loss goal and duration that matches your lifestyle and taste buds. We do not believe in crash diets that claim that you lose weight in a week. With our diet plan, all you really have to do is regular walk or jog. No strenuous exercises, no medicines and no dieting!

How it works?

Just to give you a bit of overview, our weight loss program purely works on the basis of balanced healthy food and nutrition. We believe in creating a healthy lifestyle rather than promoting quick weight loss/gain diets, pills or use of supplements.

What are the requirements to join?

Your commitment, dedication, trust and a little bit of patience. That’s it!

What can I expect and how much will I lose?

I want you to understand that losing weight is not just a numbers game. Its more than just monitoring your weight on the weighing scale. However just for the sake of giving you an idea in numbers, you can expect to lose between 2-4 kg of your weight + 2-3 inch loss per month but the real results will simply depend upon your body system, metabolic rate, physical activity and your commitment to follow our diet plan to reach the goals. We focus more on FAT LOSS. Also, keep in mind that spot reduction is a myth. This means that one cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. Your body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fat deposits are unless you wish to get the fat layers removed from your body through some surgery – which is the worst you could do.

Can you provide a sample diet plan?

All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle. Therefore we are unable to provide you any sample diet plans.

How will I get my diet plans?

Weekly visits are required and weekly diet plan will be manually prescribed by Dietitian Lavleen and handed over to you after the consultation. If you cannot visit the clinic for whatever reason, you can sign up for our online services. In the online services, weekly consultation happens over the phone and diet plans are sent via email or SMS.

How are your diets like?

First of all, do not think of it as if you are dieting. We are against dieting. Its not dieting. Dieting is when you are deprived of certain foods and you restrict your calorie intake so much that you lose weight. This results in other side effects to your body including hair loss, body weakness and general fatigue. We believe in healthy eating. Our diet plans are desgined to assist you integrate healthy eating in your lifestyle. You do not have to restrict yourself too much and you do not have to starve yourself.

We do NOT believe in nor do we provide the so called paneer diet, soya diet, ice cream diet, soup diet, GM diet, blood group diet, etc. These are all fad diets; and the terms are famous just because of the marketing strategies used by someone to sell services. Although one might lose weight quickly by following such fad diets, but they can be dangerous in the long run. Balanced diet is the key. We do not promote quick weight loss diets as they are unhealthy and results are not permanent.

It is our promise that if you follow the diet plan for some time, not only you will lose fat, but you will start to feel overall healthy, you will feel lighter in the mornings, you will feel more energetic.

Do you guarantee weight loss?

Dear friend, we are not selling a product. It’s something you have to guarantee yourself that you will be committed to the diet plan along with some type of physical activity or just regular walk. If you are interested, check out some of the success stories here.

Do I have to do anything else except following the diet?

Physical activity is a must. It can be walk, brisk-walk, cycling, jogging, cardio, gyming, skipping or anything else. However, typically you are only required to walk daily for at least 40 minutes.

How can I contact you if I have any queries or if I want to change something in the diet plans?

Phone, WhatsApp and email support will be available between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Mon to Fri and till 2:00 PM on Saturday.

How is the progress measured?

Each week we will perform a body analysis with a body analyzer machine at our clinic, record your results and then create your diet plan for the following week based on these results and any other feedback you may have.

For online services, our eClinic website has been designed specifically for this purpose. You will be able to record your weight and body measurements and monitor your progress very easily in the Trackers section.

Can I get refund if I am not satisfied?

Note that due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.

If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as change of mind, pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this programme that are not yet paid shall remain due.
