Female sales and support counsellor required for Diet Insight Clinic in Chandigarh. The role involves performing client’s health/dietary assessment, providing service information and support while generating sales.

Job description
- Be the first point of contact for clients and patients in assisting them with their health issue by offering the right health package/program
- Generating sales, and suggesting improvement in internal processes
- Providing exceptional level of client care and support throughout
- Assisting clients and patients with their basic diet related queries
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- After sales support
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Liaising with other staff and departments
- Other general/customer care duties as and when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales role in health/nutrition industry
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Negotiation skills, presentation skills, marketing skills
- Passion to learn more in the field of diet, nutrition and fitness
- Positive attitude and flexibility with a zeal to learn
- Understanding of basic health, diet and nutrition concepts and lifestyle diseases – Thyroid, PCOD/S, Hypertension, Diabetes, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient in computer/internet/MS-office/Social Media skills
- Commitment and dedication to learn, succeed and grow
Timings: 9:30am to 6pm
Type: In-office (NOT work from home)
Location: Sector 22 B, Chandigarh
