Commitment, discipline and motivation works BUT you are more likely to give up if you follow a diet with too many restrictions and you will end up saying that the diet didn’t work.

Follow a balanced diet that enables you to include your favorite foods (except junk ) and never aim to lose more than 500gm – 900kg a week. To lose 500gm of fat, a body needs to burn 3500 calories more than you consume. Therefore, it makes sense to lose 500gm in a week by reducing your calorie intake by 500 calories a day.
